Ajman, September 30 / WAM / The Department of Land and Real Estate Organization in Ajman launched, in cooperation with the new Academy of Economy, the “Real Estate Business Incubator” program, one of the national campaign programs “Emirates” the capital of entrepreneurs in the world “, which comes to constitute a qualitative shift in supporting the real estate entrepreneurship sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
The “real estate business incubator” seeks to rehabilitate and license 200 real estate broker within 5 years, while the first session of it will include 40 real estate brokers through an intensive program for a period of 6 months, in order to support the attracting a new generation of real estate entrepreneurs who are able to lead and manage projects in the sector, through training programs, specialized workshops, and providing the opportunity for young people to start in the world of real estate entrepreneurship according to the finest international standards.
The program aims to rehabilitate and empower real estate entrepreneurs and emerging entrepreneurs in the Emirate of Ajman, by providing an integrated system of guidance, practical training and specialized consulting, which contributes to promoting innovation and sustainability in the real estate sector in the emirate.
The program also provides a set of supportive services that include training sessions, technical and technical support, with the aim of supporting national competencies and providing real opportunities for growth and expansion within a stimulating and integrated business environment.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department, stressed that the real estate incubator comes as a strategic initiative that is poured into the axis of developing the real estate business sector in the emirate, and is based on three fundamental elements: the rehabilitation and training of national competencies, the strengthening of the legislative and organizational system, and the provision of an environment that stimulates innovation and growth.
Al -Muhairi said: We adhere to the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department to support entrepreneurs and enable them to lead and lead the real estate sector through a package of training programs and specialized programs in cooperation with our partners at the new economy of the economy, and we look forward to be Ajman as an advanced model for real estate entrepreneurship at the state and the region, stressing that 65 citizen mediators have been qualified within the citizen mediator program, which is one of the most important initiatives of the department aimed at empowering Youth.
Dr. Laila Faridon, CEO of the New Economy Academy, explained that the program includes a package of intensive training courses, which focuses on the application of technical and administrative skills in the field of real estate, through practical counseling sessions and training on digital leadership and real estate marketing, noting that the academy prepared a vocational guidance program that provides continuous support to the sector experts, with the aim of pushing them to innovate and develop their projects The entrepreneurial in an integrated business environment technically and operationally, and emphasized the keenness to support the aspirations of the Emirati youth in the real estate sector through the new Economy Academy platform.
The incubator program is compatible with the targets of the national campaign, “the Emirates, the capital of entrepreneurs in the world”, where the training axes and supporting initiatives are designed in line with the state’s directions towards supporting small and medium enterprises, developing the legislative and organizational environment that stimulates leadership and innovation in the real estate sector.
The program focuses on meeting the needs of the owners of real estate entrepreneurship by providing a comprehensive system of services and creative solutions, and raising awareness of investment and innovation opportunities in the Ajman Real Estate Market, as it aims to enhance the partnership between the regulatory authorities and the business sector, in a way that reflects positively on the competitiveness of the emirate in attracting specific investments.
The program consists of four stages, extending over a period of 6 months, and includes the selection and presentation of candidates by the Department of Land and Real Estate Organization, and their evaluation based on a number of criteria, and the nomination of 40 members in each session annually to enter the intensive training program, while the second stage of the program includes training for a period of 4 months in which affiliates recognize the basics of the real estate sector and the most important products in real estate markets, and the financial basics in mediation companies Real Estate, how to develop public relations, market analysis and feasibility studies, as well as specialized training in economic growth and readings, specialized planning in corporate and technology employment and artificial intelligence in real estate.
Participants in the program will also learn about the structure of companies, human resources management, financial management, financing mechanism, contracting with suppliers, business development, sales management, marketing and registration with real estate developers, and other specialized training axes.
The third stage of the program, which extends for two months, includes guidance, during which the affiliates are practicing in their companies, with organizing activities and meetings with leaders and experts in the field of real estate development to benefit from experiences, guidance and support through the Land Department and Real Estate Organization, and the participants conclude the program in the fourth stage through evaluation based on development and outputs, and their support to develop future plans for post -graduation from the program.
It is noteworthy that the national campaign “The Emirates is the capital of entrepreneurs in the world”, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai “may God bless him”, with the aim of consolidating the UAE’s position as a global destination for entrepreneurship, and the campaign is supervised Academy.
