Hamdan bin Mohammed witnesses the signing of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for the Preparation of Leaders.

Dubai, October 2/ WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai witnessed the signing of memoranda of understanding between the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Preparation, and the 5 most important international universities: Georgetown, IESE, IMD, IMD and HEC, with the aim of launching a program for leaders and developing Dubai leadership research that is drawn from the experiences His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, in leadership and administration.
The memoranda of understanding aims to complete Dubai leadership research and designed specifically for Master of Business Administration and Executive Education programs, to be a global reference in inspiring leadership and decision -making, and the inclusion of Dubai leadership research in conferences, workshops and academic platforms in a way that enhances the knowledge impact, and makes the experience of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum the leadership of the leadership of an inspiring model It is taught from east to west.
The memoranda of understanding was signed by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership, His Excellency Saeed Al -Atrah, Director General of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, while Paul Almeida, Dean and President of the William R. Berkeley, McDono College of Business Administration at Georgetown University, Dr. Andrea Montefo, Assistant Dean of Executive Education Programs at IEESE Business School University of Navarra, David Bach, Head of the International Institute for Administrative Development (IMD), Mark Mortensen, Assistant Dean of the Middle East branch and professor of organizational behavior in INSEAD, Dr. Pablo Martin de Holian, Dean of the College of Graduate Studies for Business Administration at HEC Paris University in Doha.
The memoranda of understanding is one of the outputs of the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Forum for Leaders”, the most prominent annual forum specialized in management and leadership, which was organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for the Preparation of Leaders at the Dubai World Trade Center September 24, 2025, with the participation of the most important 1,000 leadership figures from the government and private sectors in Dubai, where the forum was a strategic platform to discuss administrative and future leadership transformation, and review best practices Leadership and administrative, which enhances Dubai’s position as a global reference in developing leadership thought, and translates the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum that Dubai be the best city in the world.

The memoranda of understanding contributes to enriching the curricula of leadership in the UAE, and inspiring future leaders locally and globally, in addition to consolidating the position of the Emirate of Dubai as a global center for leadership ideology, as well as documenting the legacy of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the fields of creativity, governance, and the foresight of the future, through high -level and internationally recognized educational platforms.
The memoranda of understanding includes the integration of a Dubai case study in MBA programs and executive education programs in partner universities, which allows direct access to hundreds of students and international executives for each batch.
Dubai leadership research is also published through the Center for the Case Center, to reach more than 500 business schools in more than 90 countries, allowing tens of thousands of students and leaders to benefit annually, in addition to that, Dubai leadership research will be published in Harvard Business (Review (HBR) whose readers are more than 10 Millions of readers, to enhance the impact of the initiative on practitioners, consultants and thought leaders worldwide.

Participating universities are considered one of the most prominent international academic institutions in the fields of leadership and business administration, as the University of Georgetown is one of the best international universities in international relations and political science, and it ranked first globally in master’s and bachelor’s degrees for international relations according to the Foreign Policy magazine for 2024, as it came in the 14th rank in political science, according to the QS World University classification Ranking by Subject for 2024.
A group of prominent international leaders and personalities graduated from the university, including His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, former American President Bill Clinton, and King Felipe VI, King of Spain, which reflects the prestigious global position that the university enjoys in preparing leaders and decision -makers.
