Dubai, October 6 / WAM / The Federal Youth Foundation launched a package of specialized qualitative initiatives under the slogan “Youth who make tomorrow’s economy”, with the aim of enabling Emirati youth to entrepreneurship, contribute to increasing their opportunities and motivating them to innovate as a sustainable professional option, and facilitating their access to resources and practical tools.

The initiative package provides youth in the ability to establish qualitative projects, which enhances their active participation in building a national competitive economy locally and globally, as part of the national campaign “The Emirates is the capital of entrepreneurs in the world”, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai “may God bless him”, with the aim of establishing the position of the UAE as a global destination for entrepreneurship.
This came during a press conference organized by the media office of the UAE government at the headquarters of the influencers in the Emirate of Dubai, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al -Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, and His Excellency Khaled Al -Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Foundation, along with a number of officials and decision makers.
His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al -Neyadi emphasized that this campaign translates with its qualitative initiatives to see and guidance leadership in empowering Emirati youth, and giving them tools and opportunities to build an innovative and sustainable economic future, as the UAE believes that real investment begins with man, and young people are the basis of this firm national trend in its developmental approach, because they are the makers of economic transformation that will contribute to enhancing the state’s position as a global destination for business leaders Future economic fields.
His Excellency added that the campaign “The Emirates is the capital of entrepreneurs in the world” represents a strategic step as a global platform for entrepreneurship and an incubator environment for talents, as it is an interactive national model for constructive cooperation between institutions in the government and private sectors, in order to achieve the integration of efforts and unify the energies towards a common goal of activating the role of youth as an essential pillar of the leadership of the new economy sectors, and in line with the directions of the development march Patriotism, and achieving the aspirations of the state in the field of entrepreneurship and sustainable economic innovation.
For his part, His Excellency Khaled Al -Nuaimi said that the participation of the Federal Youth Corporation in the campaign “The Emirates is the capital of entrepreneurs in the world” comes as part of its obligations to support young people in the various stages of their pioneering journey, as it plays a pivotal role through designing and implementing programs and events that focus on building the capabilities of youth, and enhancing their readiness to engage in the economic system with perfect efficiency, enables them to develop their skills, and helps them to face practical challenges with confidence Within a dynamic and sustainable economic environment.
He added that the efforts of the Foundation focus on providing training paths that support young people to develop their ideas and turn them into growth projects, and to build a network of relationships that support their aspirations, so we work directly with young people to provide them with tools that enable them to enter the market, understand work mechanisms, and take decisions based on realistic knowledge and experience, as well as establishing a culture of innovation as a major engine to build projects capable of creating a tangible economic and social impact.
During his presentation of the Foundation’s participation in the national campaign, His Excellency Al -Nuaimi announced the opening of registration for entrepreneurs to obtain a “youth effort”, which aims to shed light on national projects led by Emirati youth, to recognize their achievements in various economic sectors, which contributes to enhancing society’s confidence and investors in their innovative capabilities and their leadership in building quality and sustainable projects.
The Foundation aims to attract more than 5 thousand young men and women, to participate in more than 25 qualitative activities, and 5 initiatives that serve young people in the field of entrepreneurship, as part of the “Caravan of Entrepreneurs”, which starts in a national tour, to include seven stations covering all the emirates of the state, to document and analyze the aspirations of young entrepreneurs, as well as the “Youth Entrepreneurship Forum”, in the context of supporting the UAE campaign as the capital of entrepreneurs in the world.
The activities of the Foundation include a workshop “Designing Emirati Culture Products”, which is a creative youth event organized in a competitive challenge form between young Emirati designers, aimed at developing a unified visual identity for Emirati souvenirs that reflect the authentic local character, as the workshop is a platform for young talents to review their capabilities in combining the elements of Emirati culture and identity and the requirements of contemporary design, in a way In highlighting memorial products, it enhances its presence locally and globally.

The “Foundation Station”, which enables visitors to explore the national initiatives organized by the Federal Youth Foundation, and get to know the ways of participation and joining, whether as supportive partners or as active youth in the career of entrepreneurship, besides that, the “Youth Dialogue” series will be held in various emirates of the state, with the aim of documenting and analyzing the experiences of young entrepreneurs, and highlighting their needs and aspirations in the business environment, in partnership with The concerned authorities in each emirate.
