His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, recalled the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, may God rest his soul, stressing that the late Dubai’s modern builder and the father of its people and the engineer of its renaissance.
