Amal Jamal and Khuloud Al -Zaabi are participating in the management of the Asian Women’s Cup for 2026

Kuala Lumpur on October 7/ WAM/ The Asian Football Confederation chose the two UAE referees, Amal Jamal and Kholoud Al -Zaabi, in the list of arbitration teams in charge of managing the Asian Women’s Cup of 2026, which Australia hosted during the period from 1-21 March.
Today, Amal Jamal was nominated in the aid rulers, while Kholoud Al -Zaabi participated in the “VAR” video, to communicate with their distinguished presence in continental and international forums, and reflect the development of Emirati arbitration efficiency in women’s football.
The Asian Federation announced the appointment of the largest arbitration team in the history of the tournament, and includes 45 wisdom of 20 national unions, including 14 wisdom of the square and 16 assistants, in addition to two reserve rulers for each category, along with 11 video rulings.
The championship is witnessing for the first time in its history the application of assistant video referee technology as of the group stage, in a move that reflects the continental federation’s commitment to raising arbitration standards and providing the highest levels of justice in the matches.
A selection of international rulers, including Casey Ribelt “Australia”, Yushemi Yamashita “Japan”, Oh Hyun-Jong and Kim U-Jong “the Republic of Korea”, is participating in the tournament, as well as a number of features that participated in previous copies of the championship.
The list also includes two graduates from the AFC Academy, namely Dong Vangio and Tian Jin from China, where Vangio scored her name as the first graduate participating in a FIFA championship, while Tin became the first woman to run a Chinese professional league match.
A number of wisdoms record their first participation in the championship, including Sobi Rey Testomia “Thailand”, Lee Thi Li “Vietnam”, and Mermouh Ibrahim Al -Bakkar “Lebanon”, who is the first woman to run a Lebanese men’s league match.
The refereeing teams, which were announced, are preparing to participate in a specialized symposium to be held next December, as part of the AFC preparations to ensure the highest levels of technical and physical readiness before the start of the tournament.
