8,800 companies from 180 countries participate in “GITEX Global 2025”

GITEX Global 2025, the largest global event in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence, this year highlights the latest developments in biotechnology, physical artificial intelligence, quantum computing, semiconductors and data centers.
The exhibition will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center during the period from October 13 to 17, 2025, and attracts more than 6,800 technology companies and 2,000 emerging companies from 180 countries, to be the platform that brings together the elite of international companies working on developing and expanding the most ambitious infrastructure for artificial intelligence in the world.
The exhibition’s activities are being held at a time when the world is witnessing an unprecedented acceleration in the capabilities of artificial intelligence, which continues to expand its capabilities to address major challenges that were previously considered intractable, starting from treating genetic diseases, through improving transportation patterns within urban areas, all the way to enhancing the efficiency of sustainable data centers.
With the global artificial intelligence market expected to reach approximately $4.8 trillion by 2033 (according to UNCTAD estimates), global momentum is increasing to accelerate the integration of this technology into vital sectors more than ever before.
The list of prominent participants includes Alibaba Cloud, AMD, Amazon Web Services, Dell, EA, Google, HP, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Siemens, and Snowflake. In addition to showcasing new innovations from “Cerebras Systems”, “DataDog”, “Mitsubishi”, “Qualcomm”, “Retal”, “ServiceNow”, “Tata Electronics”, “Telecom Italia”, and “Tenstorent”.
In parallel with the “GITEX Global 2025” events, the Dubai Chamber for Digital Economy is hosting the “Expand North Star” startup exhibition in Dubai Harbour, from October 12 to 15.
This year, the exhibition celebrates its tenth edition, with the participation of 2,000 emerging companies from the most prominent fast-growing companies in their advanced stages in the world, along with more than 1,200 investors who manage assets exceeding $1.1 trillion.

GITEX Global 2025 is witnessing an exceptional year in terms of international participation, with Brazil joining as a national partner with the participation of its largest technical delegation ever, along with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Pakistan Technology Destination Authority as main partners.
This year’s edition also witnesses the participation of new pavilions from Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Spain, and Turkey, as well as an expanded presence from Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Levant, which reflects the growing global status of the exhibition as a platform that brings together emerging technology economies around the world.
40 “unicorn” companies
The Expand Northstar 2025 exhibition attracts more than 40 unicorn companies, in a move that strengthens the UAE’s position as a global center for startups and advanced technologies. Among the most prominent participants is Cerebras, which is showcasing the largest supercomputer dedicated to artificial intelligence in the world in partnership with the G42 Group, while FluidStack unveils the first supercomputer. For decarbonized artificial intelligence in the world with a capacity of one gigawatt, Expancio also presents five prototypes of smart contact lenses powered by artificial intelligence, representing a qualitative shift in the fields of augmented reality, health care, and consumer technologies.
