Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz University organized , the fourth meeting in a series "Inspiring"titled "through Urban Life Labs: The role of universities in linking knowledge with practice to shape life in cities – experiences from Latin America"at the university headquarters.
The meeting was hosted by architect Alejandro Echeverri, Distinguished Professor of Urban Planning and the Center for Urban and Environmental Studies (URBAM) at EAFIT University, and visiting professor at the EAFIT Laboratory. "lube" at the Harvard University School of Design, and distinguished visiting professor at the Prince Faisal bin Salman Chair for the Humanization of Cities.

The meeting addressed a number of topics on: the role of universities in developing sustainable cities and linking academic knowledge to practical practice, reviewing experiences from Latin America in the field of humanizing cities and urban life laboratories, which contribute to improving the quality of life in .
The organization of the meeting comes within the framework of the efforts of the university and the Prince Faisal bin Salman Chair for Humanizing Cities to support the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to improve the quality of life in Saudi cities.
