The Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi: Saudi Arabia has achieved advanced indicators in legislative and procedural reforms that enable it to be a regional hub for debt restructuring and financial reorganization solutions for economic entities.
This came during his speech today at the Essar 2025 conference, which was opened by the minister, in the presence of a number of officials and experts from various countries.

The conference will be held during the period from October 13 to 14, 2025, with the participation of a number of local and international bodies, most notably the World Bank, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the Organization "Ansol" International.
