Batelco signs a partnership agreement with Infobip

Batelco, a Beyon company, has signed a strategic partnership with Infobip, the global leader in cloud communications, during GITEX Global 2025, the most prominent regional event in the field of technology and artificial intelligence, which is being held at the Dubai World Trade Center until 17 October.

Through this partnership, Batelco will launch an omnichannel platform, Communications as a Service (CPaaS) powered by Infobip, which is specifically designed to enable businesses, particularly in the SME, banking and finance sectors, to innovatively and effectively transform the way they communicate with customers.

The platform is an integrated, multi-channel communication solution that allows companies to interact with their customers seamlessly through a unified and secure interface, through a variety of communication channels, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice calls, in-app messaging, and others.

With advanced API capabilities, the platform easily integrates with existing business systems, providing real-time analytics and personalized automation to improve operational efficiency. These features enable companies to adapt their strategies, scale communication, and deliver personalized and exceptional customer experiences, all while maintaining the highest standards of data security and full compliance with regulations.
