The visual artist Muhammad explained Bin Mabrouk Al Buainain that Plastic art tells stories from the ancient memory of Jubail, with its precise details and vivid scenes, and it has become a visual reference that evokes The fragrance of the past, and the heritage is immortalized in its finest form.
He explained that the artistic paintings embodied the history of Jubail, especially among the elderly, who find in these paintings an echo of their memories, which documented the ancient features of Jubail – from the houses, the neighbourhoods, the markets, and the ports – to be a comprehensive visual encyclopedia.

And in the art scene itself, the visual artists documented the legacy. The marine life of the city of Jubail through works of art and crafts, through wooden models and models of traditional ships such as (the sanbok, the jalboot, and the houri) and other boats that embody the memory of the sea and the pearl fishing profession, because of the symbolism it carries of pride in the past and a connection to the profession of fathers and grandfathers.

Evoking heritage through artistic paintings

As the visual artist Noura reported Bint Jassim Al-Khalidi said that the artistic paintings succeeded in evoking the authentic heritage of the city of Jubail through works that highlighted the depth of the city’s cultural and social heritage, along with precise details of the maritime heritage and ancient customs and traditions.
She showed that the paintings embodied the ancient reality of women and their role in the local community, in addition to highlighting aspects of education in the past, and the fishing life that formed a basic pillar of the city’s identity, and heritage aesthetics. For old Jubail.
