His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, congratulated Razan Khalifa Al Mubarak on the occasion of her election as President of the International Union for Conservation of Nature for a new term.
