"Sobhi"The work of the Ismaili committee to be selected will continue until 2027

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, confirmed that the selection of the committee that will manage the Ismaili Club will be done very carefully, given the sensitivity of the current stage and the importance of saving the club from its crisis, because it will not be a temporary committee for days or weeks, but may continue for several months or even a full year until the nearest general assembly is held, up to a year. 2027. 

He added that he will be followed up by the ministry and in coordination with the governor of Ismailia, the head of the Suez Canal Authority, and all concerned parties in the governorate, because choosing the committee does not mean that it will only conduct business, so we need a strong committee that will make a great effort and develop a real action plan to save the Ismaili club and restore its stability. 

Sobhi explained The Ministry of Youth and Sports has a national project for sponsorships for sports champions, supported by private sector companies, banks and major economic institutions.

 

It is noteworthy that the Minister referred the file of the Ismaili Club and the exclusion of the club’s board of directors, the executive director, the financial director and the club’s sports activity director, all to the Public Prosecution to investigate the violations that were monitored by During the financial and administrative examination and inspection of the club’s affairs.

The goal during the coming period is to provide real support and move the wheel of work within the club, until Ismaili rises from its slump and regains its natural position.
