In her keynote speech, Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairwoman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, gave an in-depth presentation about the role of culture as a first line of defense.

Her Highness explained that a culturally fortified society is a society that is inherently safe and capable of discrimination in the midst of the flood of digital content, stressing that the most prominent task today is to move culture from its traditional framework and activate its role as a living tool that shapes human awareness and conscience. The “Al-Ameen Forum” was held within the framework of the “Year of Society” with the aim of affirming the values ​​of cohesion, cooperation, and shared responsibility of society in establishing security, while the “Al-Ameen Forum” embodied this national vision by transforming the goals of the “Year of Society” into an intellectual and practical dialogue, focusing on the strength and cohesion of society as a basic pillar of the state’s comprehensive and sustainable security system.
During the event, and in a practical step that embodies the future trends of community security, the “Al Screen Smart Secretary Avatar” service was launched, supported by artificial intelligence, and affiliated with the “Al Secretary Service.” It is an interactive digital interface designed to strengthen the bridges of communication between the Secretary Service and society. This innovative service, which will be present in public places, aims to transform those places into proactive security centers through… Using it to facilitate reporting incidents, and then spreading security awareness in an innovative way among the spectrum of society, which represents a qualitative shift in the concept of community partnership.
The service relies on a set of advanced technologies that make it unique. When anyone approaches the screen, an “avatar” appears to start a natural interactive dialogue. The screen allows users to report incidents or suspicious activities confidentially, with the option of direct virtual communication with the service employee when needed. To ensure a deeper understanding of the situation, the system is equipped with artificial intelligence technology capable of analyzing emotions, facial expressions and body language, which helps adapt the conversation style and enrich the communication with accurate information. The system also supports multiple languages ​​with instant voice translation, to ensure easy access for everyone.

The forum continued its activities with a series of extensive discussions and valuable dialogues, where His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed stressed, in a session on media and influencers, that “the moral responsibility of influencers and media platforms is an integral part of societal security, as a single word is capable of building awareness or destroying it.”
Regarding the role of community development, Her Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, pointed out that family cohesion and strong social relations in our neighborhoods are the true valve of safety. Emphasizing that we invest in people to build a strong society that protects itself.
His Excellency Engineer Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Municipality, also addressed the urban dimension, stressing that planning our cities must focus on building a modern “freej” that enhances human communication and belonging, as the structure of the place is what creates the identity and security of society.
