818 thousand dinars to provide drawers and chairs for students in government schools

Yesterday, the Tenders and Auctions Board opened 8 tenders belonging to 6 government agencies, for which 58 companies competed. The most prominent of which was the Ministry of Education’s tender to provide drawers and chairs for male and female students in government schools, with a minimum bid of 818 thousand dinars, and the Tourism and Exhibitions Authority’s tender for a representative office in India, with a minimum bid of 80.4 thousand dinars.
The Economic Development Board requested, in a tender, a contract to provide professional transportation services in luxury vehicles for the authority’s VIP guests during three editions of the Gulf Gate Conference. These transportation services include the provision of new, luxury vehicles and professional drivers to drive the vehicles. Four companies applied for them, the lowest bid among which was 12,900 dinars.
The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority invited qualified companies to submit their bids for the tender for a representative office in the Republic of India for tourism partnerships for Bahrain, where 3 companies applied, the lowest of which was worth 80.4 thousand dinars.
In its tender, the Ministry of Works requested submitting a tender for a project to develop several internal roads within Complex 324 in Juffair by creating parking lots, allocating designated and clearly marked places for garbage bins to simplify waste collection and improving sanitation, and integrating strategic landscaping with trees, shrubs, and green spaces to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area, provide shade, and create a more enjoyable and sustainable urban environment. For residents and companies, 8 companies submitted the bid, the lowest bid among which was 209 thousand dinars.
The Ministry of Works also requested, in another tender, the provision of car parking awnings in the Ministry’s employee parking area, the replacement of VIP awnings, and the painting of the current columns. 11 companies competed for the tender, the lowest bid of which was at a value of 58,900 dinars, which was accepted according to conditions.
Bapco Refining Company announced its intention to launch a local public tender to purchase LED lights for hazardous areas, with a guarantee of at least seven years for all lighting units. 15 companies competed for the tender, some of which submitted two offers, and the lowest among them was at a value of 17 thousand dinars, and it was accepted conditionally.
The company also requested the supply of 1 CNS SIMDIS analyzer for crude oil, along with accessories, consumable spare parts for one year, and other items. Two companies submitted a bid, the lowest bid of which was 118 thousand dinars.
In another tender, the Central Warehouses Department at the Electricity and Water Authority invited companies to submit their bids for a special tender for the supply of electrical equipment (Distribution Panel & Feeder Pillar). Four companies competed for the tender, the lowest bid of which was at a value of 76.5 thousand dinars, but according to conditions. 11 companies competed for the Ministry of Education’s tender to provide drawers and chairs for male and female students in its government schools, in accordance with the technical specifications approved by the Ministry with a commitment to high quality. The lowest bid among the companies was 818 thousand dinars.
