Ibrahim Adel leads Al Jazira to the quarter-finals of the cup

Egyptian player Ibrahim Adel led Al Jazira team to victory over Ajman with two goals to one in the round of 16 of the President’s Cup competition, today, Sunday, at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, to qualify “Abu Dhabi Pride” to the quarter-finals.
The international player excelled in the first half after contributing to the first goal with great skill, when he dribbled past the “Orange” defenders and played a cross ball that Ajman player Abdul Rahman Rakan accidentally completed into his own net (31).
Although Ajman came back in the score with Victor Henrique scoring the equalizer (37), Ibrahim Adel returned to shine by adding the second goal from a follow-up cross into the penalty area (43).
On the other hand, goalkeeper Ali Khaseef played the role of “championship” with his brilliance in stopping balls in a new way, using his “chest” in two balls that won the admiration of the audience. Khaseef also excelled in the second half, especially with the great superiority of the Ajman team in controlling the midfield, and the decline in the performance of the Al Jazira players, as the international goalkeeper blocked more than one chance from the Ajman players, most notably the Bosnian Hotic’s shot from A direct free kick (81), and a ball from Moroccan Walid Azaro (83), and he blocked more than one dangerous cross in stoppage time, so the match ended with Al Jazira’s victory and its qualification to the quarter-finals.
