Meretz is studying initiatives in Türkiye to resume possible dialogue between Russia and Ukraine
A Turkish diplomatic source told the Russian Sputnik agency on Sunday that German Chancellor Friedrich Merz will review, during his visit to Turkey on October 30, Turkish initiatives aimed at resuming negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul.
