US President Donald Trump announced today that he is “not allowed” to run for a third presidential term, and “this is unfortunate.”

Trump told reporters on Air Force One on his way to South Korea: “My popularity is at its highest level according to opinion polls, and as you know, based on what I read, I do not think I am allowed to run, so we will see what happens (…) It is unfortunate.”
