Stoxx declines.. European stocks close lower

Closed European stocks traded lower on Wednesday.
And While The German DAX index fell by 0.64%, to end its trading at the level of 24,122.67 points.
The French CAC 40 index fell by 0.19%, to reach the level of 8,200.88 points.
