Within a process "The gallant knight 3".. The arrival of the Emirates humanitarian ship carrying 7,200 tons of food, shelter and medical aid to support the Gaza Strip.
Al-Arish, 30 October / WAM / The Emirates humanitarian ship, carrying 7,200 tons of food, shelter and medical supplies, arrived at the port of Al-Arish in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in preparation for transporting it to the Gaza Strip to meet the urgent needs there, within the framework of the humanitarian bridge that the UAE is running to support the brotherly Palestinian people.
The ship, which comes as part of Operation Gallant Knight 3, carries various food aid, in addition to shelter and medical aid, with the aim of alleviating the severity of the crisis experienced by the residents of the Gaza Strip.
The process of transporting and shipping aid was coordinated in cooperation between a number of charitable and humanitarian agencies and institutions in the UAE, embodying the integration of national efforts and the speed of response to provide urgent relief support to civilians in the sector.
This ship comes as a continuation of the ongoing series of UAE initiatives to provide urgent aid to our Palestinian brothers, and is an embodiment of the UAE’s keenness to enhance the humanitarian response to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people and provide their basic needs, reflecting its firm commitment to its consistent and sustainable humanitarian approach in supporting just causes and supporting those affected and needy around the world.
Operation “Gallant Knight 3” embodies the UAE’s vision of extending a helping hand during crises and disasters, through complementary work between its charitable and humanitarian institutions, a translation of its inherent values of giving and human solidarity.
