Arsenal destroys Burnley and strengthens its lead in the Premier League table

Arsenal won against its host Burnley, 2-0, in the match that was held at Turf Moor Stadium. In the framework of the tenth round of the English Premier League season 2025-2026.

Arsenal striker Victor Geukeris opened the scoring with a wonderful header against Burnley in the 14th minute of the match, before his teammate Declan Rice added the second goal in the 35th minute.

 

With this victory, Arsenal strengthened its position and lead the English Premier League table with 25 points, after It achieved victory in 8 out of 10 matches it played, better than any other team, followed by Bournemouth, Tottenham and Sunderland, while Burnley’s score froze at 10 points in seventeenth place.
