"Abu Dhabi Chamber" Enhancing the role of the private sector in the transition to sustainable energy"ADIPEC 2025"
ABU DHABI, 2nd November, 2017 (WAM) – The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry is participating in the activities of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2025), the largest global event in the energy sector, which will be held from 3 to 6 November 2025 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC).
The Chamber’s participation in ADIPEC 2025 comes within the framework of its commitment to support the growth of the private sector and enhance its competitiveness, in light of the rapid global transformations towards sustainability and innovation in the energy sector. ADIPEC constitutes a strategic platform for exchanging experiences and building partnerships between national and international economic institutions.
His Excellency Shams Ali Al Dhaheri, Second Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Directors and Managing Director, said that the Chamber seeks through the event to enhance communication between the business community in Abu Dhabi and global investors, and to explore promising opportunities in clean energy, artificial intelligence, logistics services, and advanced technology, stressing that Abu Dhabi has become a global destination for investment in sustainable solutions and modern infrastructure.
He added that the UAE is a global center for dialogue on the future of sustainable energy, explaining that the Abu Dhabi Chamber believes that the economic future depends on the integration between energy, technology and innovation.
He pointed out that ADIPEC is the ideal platform to open new horizons for the Emirati and international private sector towards more sustainable and growth investments, and that the Chamber’s participation through its pavilion in the exhibition embodies the commitment to empowering the private sector as an essential partner in the process of transition towards sustainable energy, and enhancing the competitiveness of national companies in the advanced industrial and technological sectors.
The ADIPEC conference and exhibition aims to unite communities, countries and industries around the world, advance cooperative action to provide energy in a sustainable and affordable manner for all, and facilitate dialogue and cooperation between various sectors, including energy, technology, finance, maritime transport, logistics and manufacturing, in order to accelerate the energy transition and climate action.
This year’s edition of ADIPEC focuses on the transformative power of energy in driving global economic transformation, and highlights the importance of cross-sector integration in building low-carbon economies based on knowledge and technology.
This year’s events are scheduled to host more than 1,600 global speakers across specialized conferences covering the latest trends in clean energy, industrial artificial intelligence, production efficiency, and smart supply chains.
It is expected that the ADIPEC 2025 session will witness the launch of a number of new initiatives to develop digital transformation in the energy sector, and a review of industrial innovations that contribute to achieving carbon neutrality, in addition to interactive sessions that bring together industry leaders, experts and investors to discuss future energy strategies.
