The Ministry of Education launched the service for submitting applications for transfer and assignment of occupants of The approved regulatory rules, indicating that the completion of documents directly contributes to accelerating the procedures for studying applications by The competent committee. The applicant receives the result of his case study through notifications in the Fares system, and if approved, the result appears on the (My Decisions) page within the self-service.

The Ministry invited all educational job holders wishing to view the regulatory rules to visit the page designated for that on the official website of the Ministry of Education, through the Information Center – Education portal.

In parallel with the launch of the service, the Ministry of Education revealed the new and approved regulatory rules for transferring and assigning educational job holders with special circumstances, Explaining that the main committee studies applications according to two main cases: medical cases and social cases, with the aim of taking into account the humanitarian and social aspects that may affect the professional and psychological stability of the male and female teachers.

Study of medical cases

The Ministry explained that medical cases include five main cases, starting with the teacher’s illness, and in this case submission requires a medical report from a government hospital proving the lack of treatment in the work area, in addition to a detailed medical report from the treating hospital explaining the condition, treatment plan and final diagnosis. And a schedule of medical visits for the previous six months, excluding recent cases.

The cases also include the illness of one of the children, and are divided into two aspects: the first is therapeutic and requires medical reports, a birth certificate, and identification from the employer, and the other is rehabilitative, which concerns children with disabilities or developmental disorders for whom appropriate educational programs are not available in the current education administration, and requires the submission of a persons with disabilities form (Form 2), reports from education and health centers, and proof of the son’s enrollment in a center. Care.

Medical cases also include the illness of the husband or wife. In this case, medical reports from a government hospital and a treatment hospital are required, a statement of a recent citizen and an identification from the employer, as well as the illness of the teacher’s father or an unmarried teacher, provided that there are no adult male brothers unless the brother is sick or imprisoned, along with submitting a citizen’s statement, a detailed medical report, and a list of heirs if the mother is a widow.

The fifth case relates to the illness of the teacher’s mother or The teacher must have no male brothers or female sisters older than 18 years, unless one of them is sick or imprisoned, along with submitting official data, medical reports, and an instrument listing heirs when needed.

Classification of social cases

With regard to social cases, the Ministry explained that it includes seven cases, including that the teacher or teacher is alone with one or both of his parents, provided that there are no brothers or sisters capable of caring for him, and that the teacher is unmarried. Married, and at least two years have passed since they have been working, with family data and medical or prison reports attached, if there are special cases.

It also includes death cases, such as the death of the teacher’s father or teacher, provided that it occurs after starting work and the teacher does not have adult siblings, and that the death has not been more than a year, as well as the death of the teacher’s husband if no more than two years have passed since the death, and the death of the teacher’s wife, provided that she has minor children, with proof provided. This.

The Ministry also clarified that one of the social cases is the imprisonment of the husband or father of a male or female teacher, and the period of imprisonment must not be less than a year, and that there be no male brothers who can take care of it, and the matter requires submitting an official statement from the prison administration, along with citizen information and family details.

Including the families of martyrs of duty

The Ministry concluded the regulatory rules by including the families of martyrs of duty among the categories eligible for transfer or assignment, and this includes wives, sons and daughters. The parents and those who are legally dependent on the martyr until his death, in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 162 dated 4/16/1432 AH, provided that a letter from the Office for the Welfare of Families of Martyrs of Duty, a death certificate, a family registry, and an instrument listing heirs are submitted.

The Ministry called on all male and female teachers to commit to submitting applications via the official electronic system and uploading documents accurately, stressing that the relevant committee studies each case individually with credibility and fairness, and in accordance with what it stipulates. Regulations and instructions, to ensure stability and professional and psychological support for occupants of educational positions in various regions of the Kingdom.
