Dubai, February 5, WAM / The Emirates Horse Racing Authority announced the participation of 20 purebred Arabian and hybrid horses in the 19th trial race at the Meydan Racecourse in Dubai, consisting of 3 rounds over a distance of 1,000 metres.

She explained in a statement today that 13 Arabian horses participated in two rounds, including 8 horses that had never participated in the races, and 5 that participated in them.

She pointed out that a race was held for purebred hybrid horses, during which 7 horses competed, including 5 that had not previously participated in the races, in addition to two horses that had previously been present in the races.

Rashid Al Balushi, a member of the Supervisors Committee of the Emirates Horse Racing Authority, confirmed that the trial races at various tracks have proven their feasibility and importance, to test the readiness of horses, indicating that they will continue during the next stage until the end of the current season.
