"Al-Laqani" As technical director for the volleyball men, penalties await players who apologize for participating in the Challenge Championship

The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, headed by Engineer Yasser Qamar, decided Appointment of national coach Muhammad Al-Laqani as technical director of the first men’s national team.
The Board of Directors closed the door to contracting with a foreign expert during the current period and before the men’s team participated in the Challenge Championship in Jordan due to time constraints and holding the tournament in the middle of the season.
There was a great desire within the Board of Directors to contract with a foreign expert to lead the Pharaohs, but the names available during these days were not as ambitious as the Board of Directors for that. The national coach was decided upon.
The council had chosen between Four national coaches To lead the team, they are as follows: Muhammad Al-Laqani, Ahmed Samir, Ibrahim Fakhri Al-Din, and Ahmed Mustafa, but the Air Force Federation Council decided to appoint Muhammad Al-Laqani to lead the Pharaohs during the coming period.
The Air Force Federation Board of Directors decided to organize the men’s national team in a training camp in the covered hall of the Arab Contractors Club, starting next Saturday, in order to prepare all international elements. In preparation for participation in the first challenge tournament hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan during the period from November 26 to December 8, 2025, with the participation of 8 countries, namely: Egypt – Jordan – Tunisia – Kuwait – Bahrain – Iraq – Libya – Palestine.
The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation warned all Egyptian players and professionals abroad against apologizing for participating in the national mission in light of the importance of the tournament.
The Board of Directors decided to impose harsh penalties against any player who apologizes for Representing the Pharaohs in the important challenge tournament.
The Egyptian Flying Federation seeks to capitalize on the success of the youth team that recently won the African Championship title and benefit from the best elements and seek their assistance within the first team’s roster in order to implement the Council’s ongoing policy of pumping new blood into the first team.
The Federation’s Board of Directors assigned the team’s medical staff, headed by Dr. Magdy Al-Sabbagh, to follow up on the condition of all members of the Egyptian national team due to the state of stress. And the repeated injuries sustained by some players during their recent participation in the World Championship in the Philippines, to determine the condition of all members of the Egyptian national team with the international gathering scheduled for next Saturday.
