The UAE is among the 5 countries most in demand for tickets to the Arab Cup “Qatar 2025”

The Executive Director of Planning and Implementation at the Supreme Organizing Committee of the Arab Cup – Qatar 2025, Ali Mahmoud, revealed that ticket prices for the tournament, scheduled to be held during the period from the first to the 18th of next December, start from 25 dirhams, with the exception of the opening and closing matches, indicating that various packages will be offered to the public wishing to attend the competitions that will be held in six World Cup stadiums.
This came during the promotional tour for the tournament, which was launched yesterday at Dubai Mall, where the Golden Cup was displayed to the public, within the “Emirates” station, which includes Dubai and Abu Dhabi, after the campaign, since its launch last October, toured all the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, starting with Bahrain, and passing through Jordan, Egypt and Iraq, and concluding with a visit to Algeria.
Regarding the Emirati demand, Mahmoud said in a statement to “Emirates Today”: “The demand from the Emirati fans is remarkable, as ticket sales for (White) fans rank among the top five, and we expect these percentages to increase during the coming period.”
He added: “The organizing committee is keen for the event to emerge in the best possible way, and to present a new exceptional edition after the great success achieved by hosting the 2021 edition.”
He added: “The goal of the campaign is to promote the legacy that we have worked on for many years, and whose fruits we have begun to reap through the World Cup stadiums and the huge infrastructure in Qatar, which is capable of hosting the largest international sporting tournaments and events.”
Mahmoud explained that the ticket packages include three categories, starting from 25 dirhams, in addition to tickets for people of determination and hospitality, with the exception of the opening and closing matches, whose prices start from 60 dirhams, and in the first category they reach a maximum of 200 dirhams.
The Executive Director of Planning and Implementation indicated that more than 420,000 tickets have been sold since their launch at the end of last September, adding that the organizing committee is preparing to offer more tickets as part of a plan aimed at attracting more than a million fans.
6 World Cup stadiums will host the tournament
The Executive Director of Planning and Implementation at the Supreme Organizing Committee, Ali Mahmoud, confirmed that the tournament will be held at six World Cup stadiums: Al Bayt, Lusail, Khalifa International, Ahmed Bin Ali, 974, and Education City.
He explained that Al Bayt Stadium will host the opening match on the first of December, while Lusail Stadium will host the final match on the 18th of the same month, noting that five of the six stadiums can be easily reached via the metro network, while an integrated public transportation system is available to reach the sixth stadium.
