Storm Erminio raises the state of maximum alert in 7 regions of Greece

Greek local authorities warned on Wednesday that it is expected to sweep Dangerous weather across Greece during the next 48 hours, as the capital, Erminio, has placed seven regions on high alert.
It includes Thunderstorms across the country today, Wednesday, as weather conditions are expected to be severe and persistent for a long period, and hailstorms are also expected.
Schools will remain closed in the Dodecanese and Cyclades island groups, while schools will operate normally in the Attica region in central Greece, with the exception of night schools in the greater Athens region, which will be closed later.
