The UAE Ambassador to Benin meets with the Minister of Basic and Primary Education

Cotonou, 7 November / WAM / His Excellency Mohammed Saeed Al Kaabi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Benin, met with His Excellency Slimane Karimou, Minister of Basic and Primary Education of Benin at the Ministry’s headquarters in the capital, Cotonou. During the meeting, ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the educational and academic fields were discussed, in addition to discussing issues of common interest.

His Excellency Al Kaabi stressed the UAE’s keenness to develop cooperative relations with the Republic of Benin in the field of education, as it represents a fundamental pillar of development and human capacity building.

For his part, His Excellency Karimou expressed his appreciation for the UAE’s development efforts and its support for educational projects in Africa, stressing his country’s aspiration to strengthen the partnership with it in the fields of training and exchange of educational experiences.
