المملكة: Riyadh and Sharqiya are at the top of the Ministry of Health’s scholarship list"

An official report issued by The Ministry of Health announced that the Second Riyadh Health Cluster and the Al-Sharqiya Health Cluster topped the list of health clusters in the number of scholarship students for the year 2024, in a strong competition to qualify national cadres.
The report showed that the Second Riyadh Health Cluster ranked first with a total of 50 scholarship students, while the Al-Sharqiya Health Cluster came in second place directly with a small difference, recording 48 male and female scholarship students.

This comes within the Foreign scholarship, which included 480 male and female scholarship students from the Ministry’s employees, and aims to develop and qualify national cadres in the most prominent international universities and academic centres.
The report indicated that the scholarship students were distributed in more than 16 countries, topped by Canada by a large margin, as it received 160 scholarship students, which represents about a third of the total.
Followed by Britain. 129 scholarship students, then South Korea with 55 scholarship students, the United States of America with 45 scholarships, and Australia with 42 scholarship students.
With regard to the rest of the clusters, the capital’s clusters recorded a remarkable attendance as well, as the Ministry’s office, branches and offices came third with 45 scholarships, followed by the first Riyadh Health Cluster with 35 scholarships, and the third Riyadh Health Cluster with 31 scholarships.
The Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Cluster was subsequently dissolved with a total of 30 scholarships, while the Al-Jawf Health Cluster recorded the lowest number of scholarships at the cluster level with only 6 scholarships.
