458 Russian drones and 45 missiles target energy facilities in Ukraine

Declared that strikes against gas and electricity installations throughout the country, while continuing to advance towards the strategic city of Pokrovsk in the east, raising fears of a harsh winter for civilians as temperatures drop.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sepiga said: "Russian strikes once again targeted residents’ daily lives, depriving people of electricity, water and heating, destroying basic infrastructure and causing damage to railway networks."
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia launched 458 drones and 45 missiles at Ukraine, confirming that Ukrainian air defenses shot down 406 drones and nine missiles.

In Dnipro in the east of the country, a drone attack destroyed part of a nine-storey residential building, killing two people and wounding six people, according to What Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko reported.

Deprivation of electricity, water and heating
In the city of Kremenchuk in the Poltava region, the local administration said that residents of some neighborhoods were deprived of electricity, water and heating.
Reconstruction Minister Oleksiy Kuleba also warned of major delays in train movement, accusing Russia of intensifying its strikes on locomotive depots.
Sveridenko said. "We are working to remove the effects of attacks across the country, focusing on restoring power, heating and water as quickly as possible".
