He added that among the most prominent technologies displayed by the Passports is the mobile bag that is used to complete the procedures of beneficiaries at their locations, in addition to the simultaneous translation device that includes more In 137 languages, it is used in many international ports to facilitate communication between passport officials and travelers when they arrive at the passport departments.

Al-Otaibi pointed out the presence of The mobile robot is used in a number of international ports, which provides guidance and awareness services inside the passport halls, including introducing beneficiaries to passport systems and instructions and travel procedures.

The Passports spokesman stated that this participation comes within the framework of the Directorate’s keenness to enhance awareness of passport systems and instructions, and to introduce its innovative technical efforts that contribute to facilitating the procedures for the guests of God at the Kingdom’s international ports, stressing that the Directorate continues to develop Its services are in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in improving the quality of services and facilitating the Hajj and Umrah pilgrim’s journey from the moment of his arrival until his departure.
