Mamdouh Abdel Aleem also participated in a large group of important films in the history of Egyptian cinema, and appeared with a group of stars of the eighties and nineties, and distinguished himself in many roles such as his role in “The Innocent” With Ahmed Zaki, and his role in the “Death Battalion” With the late Nour Al Sharif and His Excellency Zayed, and the movie “Supermarket” With the star Naglaa Fathi, and one of his most famous roles is Rami Kashou in the movie “Paper Hero.”
Despite his cinematic distinction, Mamdouh Abdel Aleem was a television hero who participated in a number of dramatic works that achieved great success, such as “Layali Al-Helmeya” And "stray light" and "Love and Other Things" And “Al-Tariq” and “Al-Komi”.
