Abu Dhabi’s charming locations shine in the movie “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t”

Tomorrow, Friday, November 14, international cinemas will begin showing the third part of the film series “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t,” which was filmed entirely in several cinema locations in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi. The film shows the vitality of the city and the beauty of its locations, which will dazzle audiences on cinema screens around the world.

The events of the film move to Abu Dhabi through stunning panoramic aerial shots, revealing the splendor of Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, before taking viewers on a car chase between the iconic curves of “Ferrari World – Yas Island in Abu Dhabi” and “Clym Yas Island, Abu Dhabi”, after which the events begin in the wide streets of the capital with a scene full of enthusiasm and suspense.

The film’s events continue in a luxurious atmosphere in the Palm Garden, within the W Abu Dhabi Hotel – Yas Island, which extends amazingly along the Yas Marina Circuit. There, the picturesque waterfront of Yas Marina, sparkling with its luxury yachts, adds a touch of splendor and sophistication to the festive scene. The events culminate in a stunning final scene inside the “Louvre Museum – Abu Dhabi”, this breathtaking cultural landmark, in which the boundaries of imagination intersect with the arts in a captivating experience. Together, these shots form living evidence of Abu Dhabi’s cinematic and tourism appeal, as a destination where culture, beauty and authenticity meet in the most beautiful way and on the widest scale.

Filming this film in Abu Dhabi is the result of cooperation between Miral Destinations, the Creative Media Authority, the Abu Dhabi Film Commission, and the Lions Gate Group, which provided an optimal production environment that enabled the work team to take full advantage of the advanced infrastructure, modern facilities, and local talent for the success of this huge film.

Participating in the movie “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t” stars: Morgan Freeman, Woody Harrelson, Ariana Greenblatt, Justice Smith, and Ella Fisher.

The events of the new part of the film, directed by Robin Felsher, revolve around a huge diamond theft, where the new generation of magicians, led by Greenblatt, Justice Smith, and Dominic Sessa, join the old knights to confront dangerous criminals in a complex fraud that goes beyond the limits of logic.

It is expected that the new part will achieve great commercial success, after the first film achieved revenues amounting to 350 million dollars, while the second part collected 334 million dollars, making them among the most successful heist and magic films in the last decade.
