"balance" Participates in the Dubai Airshow 2025
Abu Dhabi, February 13, 2017 – Tawazun Defense Empowerment Council “Tawazun” is participating in the Dubai Airshow 2025, one of the most prominent exhibitions specialized in the aviation industry in the world, scheduled to be held from November 17 to 21 in Dubai.
During its participation, the Council highlights its pivotal role in empowering the defense and security industries sector in the country, within the framework of its vision aimed at building an advanced defense system prepared to face the challenges of the future.
This participation reflects the Council’s firm commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships and stimulating innovation in all components of the defense sector.
His Excellency Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Tawazun Defense Empowerment Council, stressed that the Council’s continued participation in the Dubai Air Show embodies its commitment to enabling an advanced and sustainable national system for defense industries, capable of meeting the requirements of the future.
He said that the Council continues, through its strategic objectives, to strengthen the defense industry base, develop national competencies, and build strategic partnerships that support the country’s orientations towards comprehensive and sustainable development.
He added that the Dubai Airshow represents an ideal platform to communicate with leaders in the global aviation and defense industries, and to highlight the efforts made by the Council to translate its vision into a tangible reality that reflects positively on the country and its strategic partners in the Emirates and the world.
For his part, Khalifa Ayada Al Hameli, Executive Director of the Strategy and Executive Affairs Sector of the Council, pointed out the importance of the Council’s participation in the Dubai Air Show, which allows interaction with partners and highlighting the Council’s achievements in the areas of industrial development and capacity building across the defense, security and aviation industries sector in the UAE.
He added that the pavilion will witness at the exhibition many signing of memorandums of understanding and agreements with strategic partners and pioneers in the defense and aviation industries sectors, which will enhance the industrial empowerment system, transfer knowledge and localize advanced technologies, in addition to visits and meetings that provide an ideal environment for cooperation, exchange of experiences, and exploring opportunities for future partnerships.
The Tawazun Defense Empowerment Council will also hold daily media briefings during the Dubai Airshow to announce military deals that the Council signs on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.
