Abu Dhabi Police participates in "Homeland march" Celebrating the 54th Union Day

Al Ain, November 13 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Police General Command actively participated in the “March of the Nation – 54 Million Steps for the Nation” initiative, which was organized by the Zayed Authority for People of Determination (Al Ain Autism Center) in cooperation with its partners, to celebrate the 54th Union Day, and to enhance community cohesion and integration of people of determination.

The march scene was topped off with an exceptional national painting, represented by the participants carrying the UAE flag, 1,200 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, which was sewn by the creative hands of people of determination, in a message that embodied the highest meanings of loyalty and determination, while gliders decorated the sky of the event with the state flag.

Regarding the details of the police participation, the cavalry and camel teams of the Special Patrols Department led the march, with distinguished participation from the Traffic Department and security patrols in the Al Ain region through the “Happiness Patrol,” the “Children’s Patrol,” and the Police Heritage Section, in addition to the police music band that played enthusiastic patriotic tunes.

The event witnessed broad community participation that included people of determination (on bicycles and wheelchairs), national service students (batch 23), and students from military secondary schools and universities, which reflected the spirit of one team and pride in wise leadership.
