Al-Shammari said in a video clip she posted on her Instagram account: “We did not suffer from any marital disputes or betrayal throughout our marriage. There was no betrayal or problems. The issue was simply a misunderstanding, and none of us complained about the other as was rumored.”
Al-Shammari added that the decision to separate came with the aim of improving their lives and psychological health, noting that the separation took place quietly and without any conflicts, as she said.
The poet and her ex-husband sparked widespread interaction on social media platforms a few days ago, especially on the Snapchat application, as they appeared together at a family celebration of their daughter Watar’s birthday.
This joint appearance reignited speculation about the possibility of them returning to each other, especially in light of the friendly atmosphere that prevailed between them at their daughter’s birthday celebration.
In the video clip that was circulated on Snapchat, Al-Shammari and her ex-husband appeared in a calm, festive atmosphere. They exchanged congratulations with love and concern for their daughter, which sparked widespread interaction regarding the mature relationship between the two parties, in order to preserve their daughters’ psychological health, despite their separation.
The poet Shahad Al-Shammari announced her separation from Fahd Zaid on October 31, through her official Instagram account, after a marriage that lasted more than 6 years.
Her ex-husband confirmed on the same day that the separation took place in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, without any disputes or problems in their relationship. Despite this, many rumors were raised about the reasons for the divorce, especially related to infidelity, which both parties denied completely.
