The Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate organized, today, Sunday, a sports day for people of determination, administered by Fuwa Youth, as part of the many entertainment programs that the directorate offers to young people with abilities, with the aim of integrating them into society and providing them with the opportunity to practice various activities, and discover and develop their creative skills, with the participation of 40 members of the youth centers. This came under the patronage of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel Moati, Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh.

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports explained that the activities of the Sports Day included the implementation of a large number of sports activities directed to people of ability and determination, with the participation and presence of their families, in addition to holding various sports competitions, and distributing souvenirs and prizes to motivate and encourage them to practice sports and consider it a way of life. He also stressed the importance of paying attention to people with abilities, disabilities, and autistic children, integrating them into society, and spreading the spirit of fair competition among them to discover and develop their talents and make positive use of their free time.

The Sports Day activities were implemented by the Fuwah Youth Department under the supervision of Mustafa Gharib, Deputy Directorate for Youth, Sobhi Abdel Aziz, Director of the General Administration of Youth in the Directorate, Dr. Fawzi Hasib, Director of Project Management, Mr. Darwish, Director of the Fuwah Youth Administration, and the work team.
