The artist Mostafa Kamel, head of the Musical Professions Syndicate, revealed details of his health condition For the great musician Omar Khairat, after he fell ill as a result of pneumonia following a common cold during the past few days, according to Egyptian media.

Mustafa Kamel said that he contacted Mrs. Nevin Nazif, the wife of the musician’s brother and the one responsible for organizing his concerts, who confirmed that his condition is stable and that he is receiving the necessary medical care, with examinations and chest x-rays being performed, indicating that Omar Khairat is on his way to recovery and reassured his fans.

The head of the Musicians Syndicate expressed his hope for a speedy recovery for Omar Khairat, stressing his great place in the hearts of his fans and his prominent role in enriching the musical movement in Egypt and the Arab world.
