“Eternal Nights of Arts” revives authentic singing at the Abu Bakr Salem Theater

Shahed Riyadh Season Organizing the “Nights of Eternal Arts” evening at the Abu Bakr Salem Theater, in a night that brought back the presence of authentic singing in front of a wide audience, with the participation of an elite group of Arab artists, the leadership of Maestro Amir Abdel Majeed, and the organization of the Punchmark Company.

The artist Fouad Zabadi opened the evening’s segments by presenting a number of classic works, including “They Never Ask About Me” and “I Live in the Lady’s Neighborhood.” And “Oh, the beautiful prayer,” amid great interaction from the audience. During the evening, the Riyadh Season announced a special initiative to honor Zabadi by producing a music video album to be recorded in Marwas and released in 2026, in appreciation of his artistic career.

Arabic Masterpieces

The activities continued with the emergence of the artist Nour Muhanna, who presented a group of Arabic Masterpieces and Aleppo Qudud, presenting a performance that brought back the atmosphere of authentic oriental singing.

The artist Mai Farouk concluded tonight’s program with a bouquet of immortal works, including “The Days Went Down,” “The Cup Reader,” and “The Biography of Love,” which witnessed great interaction from the audience, and her name topped the social media platforms in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

The evening confirmed the status of the Riyadh season in presenting Specific artistic events that enhance the presence of authentic singing and highlight the value of classical Arab arts to the public.
