Surprises await.. Schubert favors Hakimi over Salah in the 2025 CAF Awards race

Media journalist Ahmed Schubert predicted that Moroccan Achraf Hakimi would win the African Player of the Year award for the year 2025, despite his confirmation that he hopes that Egyptian star Mohamed Salah will be crowned with the award.

Schubert explained in his radio program “With Schubert” On On Sport FM radio, today, Monday, he said that this year’s awards may witness many surprises, with Ibrahima Miley likely to win the best player award on the continent, while the Egyptian Pyramids club is expected to be crowned the best team in Africa, ahead of Morocco’s RS Berkane.
