"Equestrian Federation" Announces the details of the national team’s participation "Pick up the pegs " In the 2026 World Cup qualifiers
Abu Dhabi, November 17 / WAM / The Emirates Equestrian and Racing Federation announced the details of the participation of our national team to pick up the stakes in the World Cup qualifiers scheduled for Jordan 2026.
The Federation explained, in a statement today, that the tournament draw placed our national team in the fourth group of the qualifiers scheduled in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, during the period from 7 to 13 next December, along with the teams of Bahrain, Egypt, Yemen, Australia, Libya, and Canada.
He pointed out that the team’s knights are facing an important stage of preparations during the current internal camp in Abu Dhabi, and participation in the various tournaments organized by the Federation in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with the aim of reaching the highest indicators of readiness required before moving to the qualifying stage.
The Federation stated that the team will leave for the Egyptian capital, Cairo, early next month, in preparation for completing all arrangements for participation in the qualifiers, in addition to testing the horses, a technical meeting, and conducting the draw.
For his part, Dr. Ghanem Mohammed Al-Hajri, Secretary-General of the Federation, confirmed that qualifying for the 2026 World Cup is one of the goals of the next stage, with great confidence in the capabilities of the Knights and their competitive skills, amid the challenging atmosphere expected in the fourth group with the participation of large teams seeking to qualify as well.
