“Tharwa” signs a memorandum of understanding with “Shamael Development and Development”

Yesterday, the Human Resources Company (Tharwa) signed a memorandum of understanding with Shamail Development and Development Company.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation in the areas of technical development, provide technical consultations and community behaviors, and organize workshops to enhance partnerships, exchange experiences, and business opportunities of common interest.
The duration of the memorandum is: one year from the date of signing, which can be extended by agreement of both parties.
According to the company, the cooperation memorandum at this stage does not entail any financial obligations on either party, and no potential financial impact can be determined at the present time, and any significant financial impact will be disclosed in the event of concluding agreements or contracts. In the future, if any.
The memorandum of understanding is a framework for regulating cooperation between the Human Resources Company (Tharwa) and Shamail Development and Development Company, and does not constitute a final contractual commitment, provided that – when necessary – relevant contracts or agreements are concluded in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions. The company will announce any material developments regarding this memorandum in due course.
