The UAE Ambassador presents a copy of his credentials to the person in charge of managing the affairs of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

Tripoli, 18 November / WAM / His Excellency Ali Rashid Al Mazrouei presented a copy of his credentials to His Excellency Al Taher Al Baour, in charge of managing the affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the State of Libya, as Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the State of Libya, at the Ministry’s office in Tripoli.
His Excellency conveyed to His Excellency the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and his wishes to the government and people of the sisterly state of Libya for continued progress and prosperity.
His Excellency expressed his pride in representing the United Arab Emirates in the State of Libya, and his keenness to strengthen and activate bilateral relations in various fields.
For his part, His Excellency the Ambassador conveyed his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and his wishes to the government and people of the UAE for continued progress and prosperity.
His Excellency welcomed the Ambassador, wishing him success in performing his work duties, and developing and strengthening bilateral relations in various fields, stressing his country’s readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his duties in a way that contributes to the development of relations between the two brotherly countries.
During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Libya were reviewed, and ways to develop them were discussed, in a way that achieves the interests and ambitions of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
