Al Ain Municipality organizes community events within an initiative "Proud of the Emirates"
Al Ain, April 15 / WAM / The Al Ain City Municipality organized a series of community events in parks and recreational facilities on April 13 and 14, as part of the “Proud of the Emirates” initiative, with the aim of consolidating the values of pride in national identity and enhancing community cohesion.
The activities included a variety of recreational and awareness-raising activities in a number of public parks and vital sites in the city, including Green Mubazzarah Park, Al-Dhaher, Al-Sarouj, Zakher, and Al-Hayer parks, ensuring access to the largest segment of community members.
The programs included activities directed to all age groups, including national and cultural activities and interactive competitions, in addition to community initiatives that enhance the spirit of belonging and pride in the Emirati identity, in a festive atmosphere that reflected the values of authenticity and cohesion that characterize Emirati society.
The Al Ain City Municipality confirmed that organizing these events contributes to enhancing the sense of pride in the development and civilizational achievements achieved by the country, in addition to consolidating national values in the hearts of community members.
She explained that distributing the events to various regions, such as Mazyad, Al-Qua, Al-Nabagh, Falaj Hazza, and Al-Amrah, reflects its keenness to enhance community participation and reach various segments of society in their locations, which contributes to achieving positive interaction with the campaign at the city level.
The municipality added that these events come as part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to activate recreational facilities and parks as vital spaces for community interaction and spreading positive values to support national initiatives and enhance the quality of life in the city of Al Ain.
For their part, the participants in the events, both citizens and residents, expressed their pride in the federal process, the foundations of which were laid by the wise leadership that placed people at the top of its priorities, noting that these events represent an important platform for expressing love for the homeland and loyalty to its wise leadership, and also contribute to strengthening social ties between members of society of different nationalities and cultures, in an image that reflects the unique Emirati model of coexistence and tolerance.
