Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project and"Al Burj Holding" They cooperate to facilitate services for global investors

DUBAI, 19 NOVEMBER WAM / The Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project in Dubai South signed a strategic agreement with Al Burj Holding, the operator of “Dubai Hub” in the British capital, London, the specialized center that provides integrated advisory and executive services to investors, companies and individuals around the world, within a unified platform that facilitates their investment journey and supports it efficiently and smoothly, which reflects the vision of the wise leadership in consolidating Dubai’s position as a global business capital.
The agreement aims to enhance ease of access to the aviation system in Dubai and simplify government services related to international investors, companies and entrepreneurs wishing to establish their businesses or expand their activity within the emirate.
The agreement was signed during the Dubai Airshow 2025 by Tahnoun Saif, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project, and Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, Executive Chairman of Al Burj Holding, in the presence of His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South.
Under the agreement, the Dubai Hub Center will act as an international gateway to the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project, to provide integrated government services to the global aviation sector, including establishing businesses, issuing licenses, and facilitating visa procedures, in addition to documentation services and legal and commercial consultations, which enhances joint efforts to attract foreign investments to the aviation sector in Dubai.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project benefits from the international spread of the Dubai Hub network to introduce the components of the integrated system it provides, including advanced infrastructure, modern facilities, and dedicated services for investors, in addition to facilitating government transactions for customers abroad through unified channels.
Tahnoun Saif said: This partnership represents a new step in our strategy to enhance Dubai’s global presence and attract quality investments to the integrated aviation system that we are developing. Through our cooperation with Dubai Hub, we aim to enable investors and business owners in the aviation sector to have easy and direct access to government services and growth opportunities in Dubai.
For his part, Abdulaziz Al Sheikh said that this cooperation provides an integrated model that connects international investors with the thriving business environment in the emirate, through a system based on efficiency, transparency and speed of delivery.
This partnership is a new milestone in efforts to enhance the system of facilitating foreign investment in Dubai, and consolidate its position as a leading destination for business, innovation and excellence in the aviation sector.
