"Culinary arts".. A competition for Saudi chefs to highlight the creativity of local ingredients
Launches The culinary arts sector in the Kingdom, empowering national talent, and highlighting The advanced creativity of Saudi chefsin presenting local tastes in innovative, modern methods.
The competition will be held in Riyadh City during the period from 15 to 17 December 2025.
This initiative comes in partnership with Saudi Horeca Company, to provide a national platform that brings together elite professional chefs under one roof, where participants showcase their skills in using local ingredients and applying sustainable cooking concepts under the supervision of specialized experts.
Saudi Talent
The competition focuses on achieving a number of qualitative goals, the most prominent of which is highlighting talent. Saudi Arabia in the world of cooking, encouraging innovation using high-quality local ingredients, in addition to promoting the preservation of Saudi heritage by presenting traditional dishes with modern touches, and raising the standards of healthy and professional practices among chefs.
The Culinary Arts Authority also seeks, through this initiative, to develop a specialized competitive environment that allows chefs to improve their skills and expand their experience, which enhances the presence of Saudi cooking on the regional and international scene, and contributes to supporting the culinary industry as one of the most promising creative paths in the Kingdom.
