“Tenders”: 1.6 million dinars for infrastructure work on 477 residential plots of land in Salman City

The Tenders and Auctions Board opened the envelopes for 4 public tenders, for which 36 different bids were submitted, including a tender for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for infrastructure work for 477 residential plots of land in Salman City, Al Jazeera 10, Block 589.

The Ministry stated that the construction work includes an additional extension of the sewage network, an additional extension of the irrigation network, conversions to the water network, electrical work, extraction of electric cables, a street lighting network, and road rehabilitation and maintenance work. In addition, it includes the necessity of coordination with local authorities before and during the implementation of construction works to meet their requirements and avoid any problems in the delivery and adoption process, as the Ministry obtained 12 bids, the lowest of which amounted to more than 1.6 million dinars.

For its part, Bapco Refining Company has issued a tender to supply a 24-inch inclined disc non-return check valve for the Acid Water Treatment Unit No. 2 for maintenance and inspection work in 2027.

The company stressed that the bidder must be responsible for manufacturing, testing, inspecting, packaging, transporting and delivering the valves in accordance with the technical specifications of Bapco Refining Company, as it obtained 10 bids, the lowest of which amounted to more than 99 thousand dinars.

Bapco Refining Company submitted another tender for a program to implement 600 executive coaching sessions over three years, with the duration of each session ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. She explained that the program aims to enhance leadership capabilities, improve performance, and develop strategic skills, explaining that the program will be implemented in a flexible and integrated manner that combines individual coaching sessions (in person or virtual), as it obtained 13 bids, the least of which amounted to more than 66 thousand dinars.

In turn, the Central Warehouses Administration – Electricity and Water Authority, intends to supply padlocks (Padlock Hercules, 70 MM), as it received a single bid amounting to more than 71 thousand dinars.
