Refugees in Jordan

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works was launched. In cooperation with the Jordanian Hashemite Charitable Organization yesterday, a project to distribute (500) tons of dates to Palestinian refugees and the host community in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in the presence of the Deputy Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Jordan, Muhammad bin Hassan Mu’nis.

The Secretary-General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charitable Organization, Hussein Al-Shibli, confirmed that during the past year, it distributed (2,000) tons of dates, benefiting (1,512,000) individuals throughout the country. governorates, praising the depth of the fraternal relations that bring together Jordan and the Kingdom in the fields of humanitarian work.

The director of the center’s branch in Jordan, Nayef bin Saleh Al-Shammari, indicated that the implementation of the project comes with the aim of strengthening and improving the living conditions of the target groups, indicating that the dates will be distributed through implementation partners from approved associations, to ensure that the support reaches the beneficiaries.

It is noteworthy that the distribution operations are taking place in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development and the National Aid Fund to identify the beneficiary Jordanian families, and with the Department of Palestinian Affairs to ensure that aid reaches the Palestinian refugees inside Jordan, in a way that achieves justice and accuracy in reaching the beneficiaries.
Food is a humanitarian and development priority.

The medical project Volunteering

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center concluded the volunteer medical project for oncology and endocrine surgery in the city of Moroni in the United Republic of the Comoros, which was held during the period from 15 to 22 November 2025 AD, with the participation of (15) volunteers from various medical specialties, in cooperation with the Al-Balsam Society for Health Training and Development.

During the campaign, the center’s volunteer medical team examined (86) patients and performed (57) specialized surgical operations, all of which were crowned with success. Complete.

The project comes as an extension of the voluntary medical projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center, in many countries in need. To help individuals and families with limited income.
