Al-Ittihad of Alexandria explains the extent of the injury "Doula" Basketball team player and the duration of his absence
Al-Ittihad Club of Alexandria revealed the nature of Ahmed Adel “Dola” injury. The player of the first basketball team was injured in the first leg of the Al-Mattala League final against Al-Ahly.
Al-Ittihad Alexandria said in a statement that the player suffered a second-degree tear in the left posterior tendon muscle, and the injury takes from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the player’s response to rehabilitation.
Ahmed Adel Doula will miss the second leg of the Al-Mattala Basketball League final scheduled for Monday against Al-Ahly.
It is reported that Al-Ittihad of Alexandria has decided the first leg of the final against Al-Ahly with a score of 75-66.
The youth league match between Al-Ahly and Al-Ittihad of Alexandria will be held at 5:00 pm, while the men’s match will be played at 7:30 pm and broadcast on On Sport 2.
In the event of a tie in the results of victory and defeat between Al-Ahly and Al-Ittihad, a deciding match will be resorted to between the two men’s teams tomorrow.
