Saudi Arabia and Portugal sign a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the economic field

The two-day visit witnessed the holding of bilateral meetings and joint government sessions, in addition to the holding of the Saudi-Portuguese Business Forum within the work of the committee, which contributed to discussing promising investment opportunities and strengthening economic partnerships between the two countries.

Al-Ibrahim stressed that the success of this committee is translated into The actual implementation of projects and the mobilization of investments, in addition to the exchange of knowledge, and not only in the signed agreements.

During the Saudi-Portuguese Business Forum, in his opening speech, His Excellency called on the participating companies to explore promising opportunities and align them with long-term national priorities, stressing that the economic partnership between the two countries represents an opportunity for growth and expansion.

Economic cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Portugal

The Ministry of Economy and Planning and the Ministry of Economy and Regional Cohesion signed in The Republic of Portugal is a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the economic field, as it is a step to exchange experiences and strengthen joint economic relations.

The two sides were represented in the signing by the Minister of Economy and Planning and his Portuguese counterpart, as part of the work of the Saudi-Portuguese Joint Committee at its seventh session in the city of Riyadh.
