The first edition of Al Ain International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition kicks off tomorrow

Al Ain, November 25 / WAM / Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain Region, the activities of the first edition of the Al Ain International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2025 will begin tomorrow at the ADNEC Center in Al Ain, which celebrates the spirit of Emirati heritage and reflects the depth of culture and society.
The exhibition, which continues until November 30, and is organized by the ADNEC Group, one of Modon’s companies, in cooperation with the Emirates Falconers Club, represents a global platform for lovers of hunting, equestrian, outdoor sports, land activities, and hunting. It provides an integrated experience that blends originality and innovation, and opens new horizons for linking the past with the future. It focuses on innovation and sustainability; This reflects the UAE’s message of honoring traditions while adopting the latest technologies that create the future of this industry.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, CEO of ADNEC Group, said that organizing the exhibition reflects the group’s commitment to supporting Al Ain’s position as a leading tourist, cultural and heritage destination. Pointing out that the first session attracted 873 exhibitors and brands, and covered an area of 24 thousand square meters, which reflects the great demand for this distinguished event.
He added that 12 countries are participating in the exhibition, which enhances opportunities for cooperation, knowledge exchange and cultural dialogue, and confirms Al Ain’s growing reputation as a global destination for events, pointing out that the exhibition represents an important opportunity to support local domestic tourism, especially during the winter holiday season, which witnesses a high demand for heritage and desert activities.
He explained that the exhibition is characterized by the participation of 88% of exhibitors and local brands, and 12% of participants and international brands, which provides an ideal platform for showcasing Emirati companies and enhancing cooperation opportunities. It also highlights the unique characteristics of the city of Al Ain, as a green oasis with a special place in Emirati heritage and a long history that extends across generations.
The exhibition presents more than 20 live events and heritage competitions, including a popular cooking competition in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, a workshop and an Arabic coffee competition to celebrate the symbol of Emirati hospitality, in addition to a traditional “Yola” performance competition to revive this authentic folk art, and a traditional “Tabbah” competition, in an atmosphere vibrant with authenticity and community participation.
The Al Ain International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition opens new horizons for lovers of camel sports and traditional sports, through 14 specialized sectors that combine authenticity and innovation, and the camel sector comes at the forefront of this unique experience, as it provides visitors with the opportunity to explore the latest products, equipment and services for camel racing, and highlights the role of this sport in Emirati culture as a heritage hobby and a competitive sport with solid roots.
The event also celebrates the Arabian Saluki sector and its historical role in traditional hunting and local culture, showcases the diversity of its breeds and its importance in Emirati heritage, and allocates large areas to the equestrian and falconry sectors, as symbols of Emirati authenticity and traditions, in addition to displays of the latest equipment and accessories that reflect their established status.
The outdoor recreational vehicle segment offers powerful off-road vehicles, while the motorhome segment showcases the latest innovations that redefine the outdoor experience.
The exhibition includes the hunting and camping equipment sector with the latest tools for adventure lovers, in addition to sectors specialized in environmental preservation, arts and crafts, and veterinary products and services.
A comprehensive assortment of rifles, equipment and accessories for hunting and shooting sports is displayed in the various platforms of the exhibition, while the hunting and safaris sector offers distinctive adventure packages accompanied by local and international guides. The market sector includes a group of merchants who offer luxury products, including traditional handicrafts, while the exhibition devotes a knife sector that displays a variety of luxurious hunting knives made with high craftsmanship.
